I love that drawing with the girl with the scarf. It's hard to believe that drawing was drawn in Los Angeles. But, it's just like Los Angelinos to over-dress for the winter. But, when are they going to get a chance to wear all those great looking winter clothes they see in New York sitcoms and movies?
